10,You must advert when mugging, kidnapping, raiding the PD/Bank, warning someone to go away or stealing money bags from a player.
11, When warning someone to go away etc, you must advert the warning 3 times with at least 3 second in between each advert.

14, Roleplaying in spawn is not permitted.

18, Cheating, Exploiting and Crashing the server in any way shape or form, is a warn/ban depending on the crime.

Building:
1, When you’re building a base, place a ‘Building’ sign outside and cannot have any raidables (eg printers).
2, You’re only allowed 4 fading doors to get access to the whole of your base.
3, Crouch and jump bases are disallowed. You may not have props that force the raider to crouch or jump to get past.
4, You Can Propblock other entrances to only have one entrance.
5, Any entities should be accessible to interact with, but not necessarily steal.
6, Hidden keypads are allowed as long as near the entrance, and not materialize/colored to be nearly invisible or hard to see.
7, You’re not allowed to RP when you’re building.
8, Prop climbing is not allowed,
9, Fading doors should open for a minimum of 6 seconds.
10, If a player has a building sign up do not enter the base/area unless told to do so by the person building.
11, Tunne bases are allowed but have room for people to get through.
12, All KOS/Building Signs must be clearly visible. You must use a visible font, colour and size (Minimum size of 50)
13, You may not have a fading with an open delay of more than 2 seconds.
14, Modifying your base while being raided is not allowed.
15, Sliding bases are not allowed, To Make People Not Allowed To Move.
Raiding:
1, You’re not allowed to raid a base that has a building sign.
2, You're not allowed to raid the same building or base twice within 30 minutes
3, Killing innocent bystanders while raiding is not permitted.
4, If there is no valuables in the base, this counts as the raid is over.
5, You must advert when raiding or countering the Bank/PD. When countering a Bank or PD raid, you must advert either 'Bank/PD raid' or 'Bank/PD counter'.
6, You may not counter/raid a building if you do not have an intent to actually raid
Mugging:
1, Max Mug Amount Is $20,000 Min $102,
2, You must give the player at least 10 seconds to drop the money.
3, If the player in which you are mugging runs, or doesn’t drop the money, you’re allowed to kill them.4,You may not mug the same person for 20 minutes.
5, You Must Advert Mug eg, (Mug Drop 20000, don’t move or die)
6, The victim is allowed to fight back.
7, You are allowed to kill the victim if the victim pulls out a weapon.
8, You may not mug someone that already has a weapon out, this is classed as FailRP.
Police Rules:
1, Try and Arrest people for breaking crimes.
2, You’re only allowed to raid a base if you suspect illegal activity.
3, As the Mayor you may not make laws that target specific groups,
4, As the President you may not make laws that ruin the player experience.
5, The mayor may make a law that allows Law Enforcement to be corrupt.

1, You’re not allowed to work/base with anyone.
2, You're not allowed to raid, unless you have a hit on the player then you may break in solely to achieve the hit (No stealing etc).
